Lucrative Compensation

  • Average starting pay is $14.00 - $17.00 per hour for all staff, depending on your position.

  • All staff at Hive (front-of-house and back-of-house) receive tip share.

Overtime Pay

150% of your hourly rate after only 35 hours per week, compared to 40 hours per week that most employers pay. No other employers in Bloomington offer this OT structure.

Annual Anniversary Pay

All hourly staff, both part-time and full-time, receive annual anniversary pay for each full year you spend with One World Enterprises as a thank you for a year of service.

Recruitment Bonus

Help us recruit new staff members for all One World Enterprises brands— Pizza X, One World Catering or One World Commissary and earn $150.00 for both yourself and your recruitee after their first 8 weeks of work.

Staff Discounts

All Hive staff receive 50% off food. Additional discounts off food at Pizza X and One World Catering.

Company funded health insurance for staff working 30 hours or more per week. Standard and HSA plans with separate vision and dental options available.
